What You Will Learn

Cooking Class Description: Join us to gain some hands-on practice making Italian American favorites! Together, we’ll make fresh pasta dough for Homemade Fettuccine Alfredo, pound chicken for the perfect Chicken Parmesan and end the evening with a deliciously simple dessert—the affogato. The best part? You’ll get to taste each creation and build new memories.


What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students, depending on location.
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
