Blo Blow Dry Bar is looking for a Manager to lead our team and keep the good vibes (and great blowouts) flowing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hospitality, loves building a team people want to work for, and can keep a fast-paced beauty bar running smoothly,  all with a smile.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily salon operations, scheduling, and team performance
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door
• Recruit, train, and motivate stylists
• Manage inventory, retail sales, and daily cash/POS procedures
• Handle guest concerns with grace and turn first-timers into regulars
• Help drive local marketing and community partnerships to grow membership and walk-in traffic

What We’re Looking For

• A natural leader with strong people skills and a hospitality mindset
• Experience in retail, salon, spa, or customer service management (hair industry experience is a plus, but not required)
• Someone organized, dependable, and cool under pressure
• A team player who leads by example and makes work fun
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
