What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Transport yourself to the vineyard in this hands-on class designed to teach you how to cook with and pair wine. You’ll learn to make a tender fillet with a rich red wine and shallot sauce, a spinach salad with roasted beets and goat cheese and delicious roasted fingerling potatoes. To round out the menu, you’ll make poached pears with a velvety cream sauce and caramel.
