Zumba Kids Fitness Class
Get ready to move, laugh, and sweat for a great cause. Join us for a fun-filled Zumba Kids fitness class on 5/27, 6/24, 7/29, 8/26, and 9/30 from 5:30–6:30 PM. This high-energy class blends kid-friendly dance moves, easy-to-follow fitness routines, and upbeat music to create an experience that feels more like a party than a workout. It is designed to keep kids active, build confidence, improve coordination, and encourage a love of movement in a way that is exciting and approachable. No dance experience is needed—just bring sneakers and some energy.

This class is open to kids ages 4 and up, as well as parents, families, and community members of all ages who want to join in on the fun. Whether your child loves to dance, needs a fun way to stay active, or just has some extra energy to burn, this class is a great fit. Adults are encouraged to jump in too, so come ready to move together and make it a family event. Please note: a parent or guardian must remain present for the entire duration of the class. (No drop-offs—we like our dance parties supervised.)

Cost is $15 per adult (free for kids), and all proceeds will benefit Girls on the Run Greater Connecticut.

Girls on the Run is a nonprofit organization that offers evidence-based youth development programs designed to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident. Through movement-based lessons, participants build important life skills like self-confidence, teamwork, kindness, and decision-making, with each season often culminating in a celebratory 5K event. The mission is simple and powerful: help girls build strong bodies and even stronger confidence.
