Cooking Class Description: Join us for a scrumptious dinner in the south of France—no passport required! You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you learn techniques for everything from perfectly searing fish to properly roasting vegetables. Our instructor will walk you through the steps for making easy vinaigrette, from-scratch flatbread and more. Then we’ll finish on a sweet note with a refreshing homemade sorbet. This menu showcases the cuisine of the Provence region of France to celebrate our upcoming Culinary Journeys trip—join us to get a taste!
