What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Few things are as satisfying as fresh pasta filled with delicious stuffing and covered in a from-scratch sauce. While it may seem daunting, crafting these dishes is much simpler than you might think. In this class, our chef instructor will first show you how to create the perfect dough for hand-shaped pasta dishes. Then, you’ll make tasty fillings and sauces to complement each type. To balance out your meal, we’ll also prepare a light and refreshing arugula salad with a zesty dressing.
