Indulgent Italian with Sur La Table

What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Invite your partner along to create an indulgent Italian-inspired feast. In this hands-on class, you’ll work alongside classmates as you practice making fresh pasta dough and rolling, cutting and hand-forming it. Our chef instructor will teach you how to assemble a flavorful salad and prepare delicious shrimp scampi to pair with your pasta. For dessert, you’ll learn how to prepare a pear crostata from scratch—a classic yet rustic Italian dessert that you’re sure to fall in love with.
What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
