Holiday Block Party and Tree Lighting

RAIN DAY UPDATE 12.2

Due to weather, all activities will move indoors, Tree lighting is ON with our special guest and can be viewed from inside 110 Grill or Ben and Jerry’s between  4:00 and 4:30.

A celebration of the winter season, with our annual tree lighting, cookie decorating with Barnes and Noble, Ornament, carols from the Oriana Chorale Group from Farmington High School.

3:00pm  – 4:30pm

• Barnes and Noble – cookie decorating, please pre-register
• Valley Kids Co. – ornament decorating, please pre-register
• Adore Salon – Sips of Prosecco and light snacks
• 110 Grill – Enjoy hot spiced cider and butternut squash soup samples
• Mercato Italian Kitchen & Bar – Will be sampling some of their favorites!
• Footbeats – grab a candy cane, relax at their coloring station – holiday and Hannukah designs available to color
• Kindred and Crew – Tinsel hair station and make reindeer food with AlzheimersCT
• Sur La Table – Try their specialty hot chocolate or grab an espresso made with one of the specialty coffee makers
• Brighton Collectibles – Meet the ballerinas of New England Ballet Theater inside their store
• American Flatbread – Sample their delicious flatbreads outside

Schedule of Events

3:00 – 4:15 – decorate a holiday sugar cookie at Barnes and Noble Cafe – please pre-register here for this complimentary activity.

2:30 – 4:00 – ornament decorating at Valley Kids Co. – please pre-register here – $5.00 per child

4:00 – Live performance from the Farmington High School Oriana Singers

4:30 – Tree lighting with a special guest

4:30 – 5:00 – Pictures on your iPhone by the tree or our new winter gondola with Santa
