Farmington Valley Sweat

Starting July 1st, we’re kicking off our new fitness series, Farmington Valley Sweat. Each week, we’ll bring you 7 days of outdoor group workout classes, led by instructors from our local fitness community. We’ll mix it up with different styles and intensities, so there’s sure to be something for yogis, HIIT-lovers, and everything in between.

All Farmington Valley Sweat sessions will follow social distancing and other safety measures. We can’t wait to sweat together!
