What You Will Learn
Cooking Class Description: Fresh, flavorful and easier than you think! Our chef instructor will teach you to make homemade pasta dough for two pasta dishes with endless flavor variations. To finish, you’ll create a custard sauce for a perfectly decadent yet light dessert.

What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Hand-Cut Pasta with Roasted Asparagus, Truffle Oil and Parmesan
  • Orecchiette with Tomato Sauce, Spicy Italian Sausage and Ricotta
  • Homemade Pasta Dough
  • Fresh Berries with Honey Prosecco Zabaglione
