Join us and discover the surprisingly simple secrets behind four classic sweet treats every cook should master. Our chef instructor will show you traditional techniques for making everything from an autumn-inspired baked custard and tart to a perfectly risen chocolate soufflé. You’ll use these skills to create a lifetime of tasty sweets—so if you only take one dessert class, this should be it!
