Cooking Class Description: Join us for an evening filled with delicious food from France. The main star will be our seared salmon with a homemade saffron hollandaise sauce and a side of Herbes de Provence Steamed Rice. To cleanse your palate, you’ll indulge in a winter salad with Roquefort cheese. For the perfect finish, we will wrap up the evening with a Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée.
