What you will learn

Cooking Class Description: Basic cooking skills are the building blocks for the most delicious home-cooked meals. In this class, you’ll learn to master those techniques as you create a delicious menu. Our chef instructor will teach you how to emulsify ingredients for a from-scratch vinaigrette—balancing acidity, oil and seasoning for a light yet flavorful dressing. Perfect the essential skill of pan-searing steak, as you achieve a caramelized crust while still keeping the inside tender and juicy. Plus, master cookie dough, mixing for the perfect chewy texture and using finishing techniques like adding flaky sea salt to balance sweetness and enhance the chocolate.
