What You Will Learn
Cooking Class Description: Get a taste of New England in this fun, hands-on class featuring incredible coastal flavors. Our instructor will walk you through the steps for making traditional crab cakes, including techniques for handling shellfish and pan-frying. You’ll also prepare an aioli from scratch, a classic summer salad and tangy shoestring fries to pair with your crab cakes. Plus, you’ll satisfy your sweet tooth by making a fruity dessert.
