Cooking Class Description: Chocolate. Need we say more? Come try your hand at infusing ganache with espresso and amaretto, then rolling your own truffles. We’ll dip homemade caramels into decadent dark chocolate and practice whipping egg whites for the ultimate chocolate dessert: a perfectly risen soufflé.


What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
