What you will learn

Cooking Class Description: Learn to create a beautiful Berry Mousse Layer Cake in this three-hour class! Join us to make raspberry coulis and vanilla buttercream to use as layers in your cake. Then, our chef instructor will teach you tips and techniques for making perfect chocolate-covered strawberries and white chocolate raspberry bark to take your cake to the next level. By the end of class, you’ll have a stunning layered cake—perfect to enjoy at your Mother’s Day festivities.


What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
