What You Will Learn
Cooking Class Description: Join us for a Bastille Day celebration! Practice French techniques, learn to pan-sear steak and craft a tasty compound butter with shallots and herbs in this class. Our chef instructor will teach you how to make the most of summer vegetables with a fresh and tasty side dish. End on an exciting note by torching up a French classic—crème brûlée with a glassy, golden finish.
