Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to prepare vanilla genoise cake layers, while you’ll jump into the hands-on fun by whipping up smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and tangy Raspberry Curd. Then it’s all about the finish as you practice essential decorating techniques, from stacking and filling to frosting and final flourishes. You’ll also learn how to create stunning Sugared Flowers for an elegant, edible topper that turns your cake into a true centerpiece.
